In response to the killings of George Floyd and far too many other Black people at the hands of police officers, SURJ Santa Cruz organized two socially-distanced car caravan protests on June 2 and 5. Strong turnout showcased the depth of community support for ending white silence and showing up for racial justice in the Santa Cruz community.
